The space
This large house of character of 400m2 and 2000m2 of land consists of :
A large living room arranged around the fireplace open to the dining area.
A "small" living room ideal for game nights.
An equipped kitchen with a second dining area.
A game area with a table soccer, board games are also available in the house.

Room 03 - room with 1 double bed & 1 single bed with ensuite bathroom

In addition to the 3 en-suite bathrooms you will have 2 other bathrooms.
A 2000m2 garden with barbecue to enjoy the sunny days.
Guest access
Travelers will have access to the entire house and garden except for the dormitory and the outdoor shed.

We are available every day from 9am to 10pm.
The neighborhood
The house is located on a very quiet road. There are many steps to take from the house. There is also a sports center with tennis courts within a 10 minute drive. Two small villages are accessible by foot or by bike (5 - 6 km), the city of Nogent Le Rotrou is accessible by car in 30 minutes.
Getting around
The accommodation is mostly accessible by car and is located 2 hours from Paris. People wishing to take the train will have to stop at the station of La Loupe (30 min by car) or at the station of Nogent le Rotrou (30 min by car)
Other things to note
For logistical reasons, sheets and towels are not included.
A flat rate of 15 euros per single bed and 30 euros per double bed: this includes 1 sheet / cover / pillowcase and 1 towel.
Near Nogent le Rotrou, La Loupe, Rémalard.
Parties are not allowed.
Deposit
A security deposit will be requested for renting this space.
